Conduct Initial Client Consultation:
During this initial meeting, we review your organization, culture, and other pertinent information. We gather all information necessary to prepare a complete job description.

Initiate Plan through Networking:
We then proceed with an exhaustive search to identify candidates who meet your criteria.

Profile and Interview Candidates:
Potential candidates who match your profile are first telephone screened and thoroughly interviewed. During our interviews, we assess each prospective candidate, evaluating their experience, compensation requirements, career goals, and interest in the position.

Present Candidates to Client:
We then introduce only the most qualified candidates to you for review with resumes and written profiles of each candidate.

Schedule Interviews:
Together, we schedule Initial interviews to meet the selected candidates, assisting you with preparation and logistics for the interviews.

Interview Follow-up with Candidate(s)/Client:
We follow up with each candidate, and then you, our client - to ensure that all questions or concerns are identified and resolved.

Schedule Follow-up Interview(s) for Final Candidates:
Subsequent interviews are coordinated, and detailed follow-up is completed.

Select Final Candidate:
We conduct a final review with you to assist in selecting the candidate of choice.

Employment Offer Developed and Extended:
The Search Group will aid in structuring a compensation package and other components of your employment offer. We also act as a facilitator to resolve issues such as relocation, benefits, severance agreements, etc.

Assist Candidate with Career Transition:
We help the candidate compose a resignation letter, counsel on the implications of a counteroffer, and assist with relocation, if needed.

Continual Follow-up:
We periodically follow up with you and your new employee after the first date of employment. Our intent is to ensure a smooth transition and long-term relationship for you and your new employee, confidently resulting in The Search Group becoming your choice for any further search assistance.
